By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1040 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.
Use of the 1040 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
- You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- You are not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from using online betting services.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to have one active account on the 1040 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. 1040 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these requirements.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 1040 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately via [email protected]. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account until 1040 receives a valid closure request.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 1040 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are considered violations of these terms:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian or applicable international law.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways not intended, including opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses repeatedly.
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users for fraudulent purposes or money laundering.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 1040 platform to other users.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of related balances, and legal action where deemed necessary.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy in MYR
Deposit
All financial transactions on the 1040 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX and DuitNow. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Deposited funds may only be used for betting and entertainment activities on the platform. 1040 is not liable for any processing delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform. Prior to approval, 1040 reserves the right to verify the user's identity and confirm that all bonus wagering requirements (where applicable) have been met. Withdrawals will only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in the name of the same account holder.
1040 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests deemed suspicious pending the outcome of an investigation. Any winnings obtained through unlawful means or in breach of these terms may be forfeited without compensation.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 1040 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1040 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that 1040 is not liable for any losses incurred while playing on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1040 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 1040 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from 1040.
Using the 1040 name or logo for commercial, marketing, or any other purpose without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 1040 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. 1040 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
1040 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Account Suspension, Closure & Contact Us
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1040 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct linked to the account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any dealings with the platform.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
- At the user's own request for voluntary account closure.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and identity verification is complete.
